Evolve's experienced speech pathology team provide speech therapy, neurorehabilitation, assessment and support for you in all areas of speech pathology.

Evolve’s Speech Pathologists work as part of the allied health and broader team to support you to participate in your everyday, social and functional activities. We work with you, your family and supports towards achieving your goals and aspirations. Our allied health assistants and therapy assistants recieve specific training to carry out therapy programs developed for you by your speech pathologist.

Jen Bennett

Lead Speech Pathologist

Our principal speech pathologist is Jen Bennett. Jen has extensive experience as a senior clinician across rehabilitation, sub-acute and community settings in both the public and private sector in metropolitan, regional and rural services across Victoria.


Jen has managed a successful private practice and provides professional supervision and mentoring to speech pathologists and allied health professionals across Victoria. Jen has been providing speech pathology supports to NDIS participants since the Barwon trial site commenced in 2013 and has contributed to the development of the NDIS service. 


We have a team of highly skilled, passionate speech pathologists and allied therapy assistants. Our team feel privileged to support and make a difference to the lives of those they support.


Jen lives on the Bellarine with her family, and can be seen paddling on the Barwon River on warmer days. 


Jen is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, Member of Speech Pathology Australia, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Certified, a member of the Speech Pathology Parkinson’s Interest Group and a member of the Speech Pathologists in Adult Rehabilitation Interest Group.
